We specialize in virtually invisible non invasive installs into existing or newly seeded lawns. Using a compact tractor and 3 point mounted subsurface pipe layer, we can quickly and efficiently install the main and lateral piping. This method leaves minimal damage or visible signs of activity as opposed to the more common method of using a trencher which leaves obvious scars that can take over a year to heal unless new sod is laid on the trenched area. Even with new sod, the soil often settles over these trenches leaving a dip or gully.

The Process

Once you contact us, we'll set up an appointment to check you water pressure and flow, we'll also have you show us the areas that you want irrigated. We'll take some measurements, take them back with us & use them to create a system design using CAD software. We'll then get back to you with a detailed quote. Once the quote is approved, we'll contact 811 and have them mark the utilities, once the utilities are marked, we'll have a water backflow prevention device installed on the point of connection for the irrigation system's supply main. We'll then bring in our trenchless vibratory plow and pull in the pipe. After the pipe is in, we'll hook up the main water supply and install the manifold into an underground valve box. The manifold contains the electronic solenoid valves responsible for controlling the individual watering zones. We'll then install the sprinklers, hook up the controller and test the system, making all of the necessary adjustments! Once everything is set just right, we'll program the controller and meet with you to go over basic controller settings and system operation.
